Join Sanford Main Street and community volunteers for the Dan Lewis Memorial Community Clean Up! Held the first Sunday of every month from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, this monthly tradition honors the legacy of local advocate Dan Lewis by keeping Historic Downtown Sanford clean, green, and vibrant.

Whether you're a local resident, business owner, or student looking for community service hours, spending just one hour a month makes a powerful impact. We gather at 120 W 2nd Street before fanning out across downtown streets, sidewalks, and public spaces to pick up litter before shops and restaurants open for the day.
